only. Tickets, to cover Registration and Refreshments, cost £10

Several iAc bursaries, value
£50 (£40 travel and subsistence plus £10 refund of Registration
fee) will be available for full-time PhD students. Applications must be
made by 15 March by writing to Mrs Fisher (above). Priority will be given
to students who will present a Poster.

Students and postdoctoral fellows are strongly encouraged to offer Posters
for presentation at the meeting (maximum one per participant). The Poster
boards are 90 cm x 120 cm. Titles and a short abstract of the Poster should
be sent to Mrs Fisher by 15 March.

The Registration fee covers the cost of tea and coffee and all registered
participants will be invited to the wine reception at 6 pm on Monday 29
March. Neither lunches nor dinner on the Monday evening are provided for
participants, but there are numerous small pubs and restaurants nearby
and detailed directions of how to get to them will be given.

A Speakers’ Dinner will be held on the Monday evening after the reception.
Anyone wishing to join the speakers at dinner will be welcome on payment
of the cost (£30) to Mrs Fisher by 15 March.

Accommodation for the night of Monday 29 March (and for Sunday night, 28
March, if needed) can be arranged at Halifax Hall of Residence, Endcliffe
Vale Road, Sheffield S10 3ER. The cost of this per night on a bed and breakfast
basis will be £24 (including VAT) for a single room or £38
(including VAT) for a single room with en-suite facilities. Anyone wishing
to have accommodation booked for them should fill out the form appropriately
and return it, together with full payment to Mrs Fisher by 15 March.
